TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

  1. You have 1 year to redeem the Alcoba gift voucher at any of the participating establishments. The specific validity will be indicated in the confirmation of the experience. The validity period cannot be extended under any circumstances.
  2. Redeemable for experiences on sale on the websites of the establishments La Alcoba del Agua boutique hotel and Apartamentos Alcoba 13.
  3. The Alcoba gift voucher you have purchased is not nominative, so you can transfer it or give it as a gift to another person. A valid photo ID will be required upon arrival of the beneficiary. In case of doubt, please contact us.
  4. Alcoba gift vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. They cannot be refunded or exchanged in cash for their total or partial value.
  5. The suites and the deluxe flat are excluded from the allocation of rooms by means of this voucher, unless you decide to pay a corresponding additional amount.
  6. Availability subject to reservations:
    • Bookings: All experiences are subject to availability of participating companies. It is essential to confirm availability before the desired date.
    • Booking contact: We recommend contacting the hotel/apartment to check availability and make a reservation.
    • The accommodation service included in all experiences at La Alcoba del Agua or Apartamentos Alcoba 13 are subject to the same conditions of availability and cancellation policy that you will find on the websites of the establishments.
  7. Cancellation policy:
    • All bookings made that include experiences are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for cancellations, changes or no-shows, except if there is a force majeure cause justified in writing and the cancellation is notified at least 120 hours in advance. In this case a non-nominative voucher will be issued subject to conditions and valid for 6 months.
  8. Liability for loss or theft:
    • Participating establishments are not liable for the loss or theft of Alcoba gift voucher confirmations.

REDEMPTION CONDITIONS

  1. Remember to have the Alcoba gift voucher reference number to hand in order to redeem it.
  2. The Alcoba gift voucher can only be used for one booking (only one voucher reference per booking).
  3. The value of the gift card will be calculated using the local exchange rate applicable at the time of redemption if in a different currency.
